Edina Maternity Photography

One of the biggest joys in my photography business is having repeat clients. I had the pleasure of capturing Katie and Nick’s wedding a few years ago and got to see them again for their Edina Maternity Photography session. It was so great to catch up with these two and hear about what has been going on in their lives since we last saw each other.

Before their session, Katie and I chatted about her vision and color schemes for outfits. After a bit of back and forth, they decided to go with a classic mix of blues, whites, and beige. Check out my blog post about about why colors choices are so important for your family photos! Katie looked absolutely stunning in a white wrap dress and minimalist jewelry. Nick wore a soft blue button up shirt with light khaki pants. He finished off his look with a leather watch and light tan shoes. Here is a similar dress!

It wasn’t long after our Edina Maternity Photography session that Katie gave birth to a beautiful baby. I’m so happy for their little family and look forward to their new journey!
